Experience our half-day Mindo Birdwatching Escape Tour with a knowledgeable local guide and discover the incredible birdlife of the Ecuadorian cloud forest. Explore one of the world’s most biodiverse regions, home to unique, rare, and endemic bird species, while enjoying the peaceful beauty of nature in Mindo.

The tour begins early in the morning, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Your birding guide will pick you up directly from your hotel in Mindo and take you to some of the best birdwatching spots in the area. During the excursion, you will have the opportunity to observe colorful toucans, tanagers, hummingbirds, and many other fascinating species in their natural habitat.

After the birdwatching experience, enjoy a delicious breakfast at either Toucan Platinum Suites or Mindo Royal River Suites.

The tour also includes a visit to Punto Ornitológico in Mindo, a perfect place to admire a great variety of hummingbirds up close. Here, you can feed the hummingbirds, take amazing photos, and walk around the reserve to spot even more beautiful bird species surrounded by lush cloud forest scenery.
